    Great!! Thanks for the info @Mako ..... I have checked on several forums like Google Support, Epson Support and on oneskyapp Support itself but without any avail. Thank you for posting the genuine support where I can approach in times of real issues.

    You can add the Epson error code 0x97 again by selecting the Add a Printer option from Devices and Printers. Make sure you are using windows as an Admin or sign-in as one.
