Why does it say 0 words when I upload my XML file?

A possible reason is that your file has a custom XML format. Our currently supported XML formats include Android Xml, TMX, Xliff, Qt, Properties, Adempiere and Idempiere, etc. We are not able to support the custom XML format as shown from your file. 

If this is so, we invite you to share more details about the framework or plugin that generated this XML format. It could help us figure out a better solution for you, and we may be able to support more popular XML formats in the future.
