How come I don't see the language I already enabled available for Professional Translation Service when placing the order?

OneSky does not have professional translators available for all languages, even though our Translation Management System(TMS) does support them.

Check out the list of languages that OneSky has professional translators available for.

If the language(s) you need a professional translator for is not included in this list, please contact support@oneskyapp.com requesting the language(s). Our translation service team can try to check whether someone in our translator pool can translate your language(s).

    If you need a translation for a language that is not on this list, please send a request to support@oneskyapp.com (s). In case no one in our pool of translators is fluent in your language, we will do everything we can to see if we can find someone who is (s). driving directions

    Our Team will count a placeholder as one word to compensate the effort of translators to take care of them. Same concept applies to HTML tags or any words or numbers that need not to be translated like tim hortons lunch
