Of course, mistakes happen. If the mistakes are the result of our translators, we own up to it and make sure any quality-related issues are addressed.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a translation, please contact us. Be sure to specify the project, phrase, and part that is not satisfactory and include any further contextual information as well.
Once we have received your issue, we will:
- do a preliminary investigation.
- send you the results of our investigation (~3 days) along with suggested actions or actions taken.
