In the translation tool, you can make use of the phrase filter at the top to filter phrases that require your attention. And the definition of each filter is as below.
1. Not translated
Definition: this refers to phrases that are not translated yet.
Action needed: translators should help translate these phrases.
2. Not approved
Definition: this refers to translations that are not approved yet.
Action needed: since only approved translations will be exported, collaborators with reviewer / moderator / admin right should help to approve these translations.
* Please note that our system will auto-approve all translations unless you set the threshold higher manually. Read more.
3. Has no vote
Definition: this refers to translations that have 0 vote.
Action needed: collaborators can vote for their favorite translations so that the translations will the highest votes will be chosen as the approved translation
4. Finalized
Definition: this refers to translations that are finalized. For finalized translation, only collaborators with "admin" / "moderator" / "reviewer" right will be able to edit the translation. Collaborators with only the "translator" right will not be able to edit the translation.
5. Not Finalized
Definition: this refers to translations that are not finalized yet.
Action needed: Collaborators with "admin" / "moderator" / "reviewer" right should finalize the translation if they do not want collaborators with only the "translator" right be able to edit the translation anymore.
6. Updated words
Definition: this refers to phrases that the source text has been updated since the last translation, i.e. the translation is outdated now
Action needed: translators should help to update the translation to reflect the updated source text
7. Has comments
Definition: this refers to phrases where collaborators have left comments
Action needed: check the comments to see if there are any comments that you need to reply
8. Unread comments
Definition: this refers to phrases where collaborators have left comments and you haven't read them
Action needed: check the comments to see if there are any comments that you need to reply
9. Unchanged in translation
Definition: this refers to phrases where the translation is the same as the source text (e.g. the source text is "Apple" and the translation is "Apple" also)
Action needed: this filter is used to double-check if there are any phrases where the source text is intentionally used as a translation.
10. Needs Revision
Definition: this refers to translations where the admins have marked as "need revision"
Action needed: translators should revise the translations according to the comments left by the admins
11. Needs Reviewing
Definition: this refers to translations where the admins have previously marked as "need revision" and the translator has already updated the translations
Action needed: Admins should review the revised translations and approve them
