You can add multiple admins to your account to help manage your translation projects. These admins would simply be able to do everything just like you.
1. Go to "Collaboration" > "Collaborators"
2. Click "Add Admins"
3. Enter the email of the person you'd like to invite
4. Check the checkbox to agree to give the invitee full admin control
5. Click "Send Invitation"

Thanks for the step by step tutorial. Works like a charm! The solution worked for me thanks to the community and the members for the solution.

Hello,
This is correct. By adding admins to your account, you essentially grant them full administrative privileges. This means they can manage all aspects of your translation projects, including:
Project creation and management: Creating new projects, assigning translators, setting deadlines, and reviewing translations.
Team management: Inviting and managing translators, setting their roles and permissions.
Billing and invoicing: Managing invoices, tracking payments, and adjusting billing settings.
Account settings: Accessing and modifying account settings, such as API keys and integrations.
Essentially, admins have the same level of access and control over your account as you do. This can be very helpful if you need to delegate tasks, collaborate with other team members, or simply have someone else available to assist with account management. JPMCB Card Services

The Team will count a placeholder as one word to compensate the effort of translators to take care of them. Same concept applies to HTML tags or any words or numbers that need not to be translated like Tourist places.
