    To communicate with collaborators on the project level using the Discussion Forum, go to your project page and access the "Discussion" tab. Here, you can view all phrase comments and discussion topics, and filter them by "Topic type" and "Language." As an admin, you can post messages either as an "Announcement" or a general discussion topic. Announcements can be targeted to specific roles and languages, pinned to the top, and trigger email notifications for collaborators. To start a new discussion thread, select the desired language using the right sidebar, then click "New announcement" or "New discussion."
