We also recommend is that you message the specific translator and say that you actually want to cancel the specific order. This is not a guarantee as the translator may miss the message or have already started the translations. If your order has not yet been assigned to a translator at the time our Support Team receives your request, you can receive a full refund.
If your order has already been assigned to a translator, we cannot provide a refund.

Canceling a pending transaction usually requires contacting the merchant who made the charge. Once a pending transaction has posted, contact your bank or card issuer to dispute it.
