We also recommend is that you message the specific translator and say that you actually want to cancel the specific order. This is not a guarantee as the translator may miss the message or have already started the translations. To cancel a pending order, immediately contact support@oneskyapp.com. Additionally, message the specific translator to request cancellation. Note that if the translator has already started, cancellation may not be possible. Official Website
