Problem
- I accidentally deleted some files and/or translations.
- Some phrases and translations were unexpectedly deleted from my project.
Answer
If Problem #1:
OneSky has a record of all uploaded/downloaded files and translations that were translated by our professional translators. We can only recover data that exist in those conditions. Please contact support to assist in recovering those files, and the full recovery process can take up to 2 weeks. A one-off cost can be incurred in this process.
All other data that do not pertain to the above situation will be permanently deleted.
If Problem #2:
For data that unexpectedly "disappeared" from our platform, we can investigate whether:
a) It was the user's error. Data might not be recovered. (Relates to Problem #1)
b) It was a system error. Our engineers will investigate whether recovery is possible, and if so, they will be responsible for recovering your data as long as the data loss occurred within 2 weeks of reporting it at no extra cost.

Recovery experts do not always need to have physical access to the damaged hardware.
