If you are not satisfied with the quality of the translation provided by OneSky, we have the following procedure:
1. We ask you to send us a couple of examples of the phrases you are not happy with along with the reasons.
2. Our translation service team will thoroughly investigate the issue with one of our linguists.
3. a) If we found that there were objective errors or the translator did not follow the guidance/notes provided, we will have another senior linguist review/re-write it at our own cost.
b) If the original translator followed the notes and instructions given and there's no objective errors, but you expected another writing style (no clear style guide was provided); in this case, we are unable to promise a refund - we will need to assess case by case.
In order to ensure the highest quality possible, we encourage you to check out and fully take advantage of our quality assurance features. For document (word, pdf) text translation, please write in the translator's note exactly the style you are looking for: is it formal? Informal? Friendly? What kind of audience is it for? How creative/literal do you want the translation to be? Any examples or reference text (in the same style) would be very helpful.
