Although we use the word "deadline" throughout our order system and in your notifications, our professional translation order deadlines are more akin to hard guidelines.
Under normal conditions, you will see your order complete by the end of the deadline day.
However, presently our order system is not yet synchronized for timezone differences between our servers, our translator location, and yours. We are working on making this a more seamless experience for both our customers and our translators, as well as giving customers a more exact time and date when they can expect their translation orders to be complete.
It is also worth noting that as OneSky specializes in general and gaming translation services, any non-gaming technical translation could take longer to complete. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to find a suitable translator to fulfil your technical translation order. In case we cannot find a translator, we will notify you as soon as possible.
